The Profile Evaluation System (PES) represents a successful effort to produce a data-driven instrument useful to business, industry, government, and educational services. PES characterizes individuals on a number of psychological factors that are important in the “fit” between individual and Leadership position and that overall relate to effective job performance. PES allows organizations and individuals to maximize the fit between position demands and the aptitudes and personality dispositions of Leaders. With a “best fit” approach Direct Reports and their Managers experience greater comfort, accomplishment and satisfaction. Inefficiency and turnover are reduced to the benefit of organizational productivity. The “Know Yourself” Workshop capitalizes on the results obtained in the report of each participant to better assist them in understanding their strengths and areas for improvement resulting in a major impact on the organization’s management team.

What does this workshop cover:

Increase self-awareness and prepare the ground for self-management, the two main constituents of Emotionally Intelligent Individuals.

Identify the Current Leadership attitudes & characteristics and explore the Ideal

Link Leadership Position Challenges to attitude change decisions

Introduction to LMI concept:

Help the participants compare their personality types relative to each other, helping them identify the pre-existing relationship challenges and understand the various group positive and negative communication dynamics

Highlight qualities and specific tendencies that would best benefit from coaching and focused training in the future

Create a Training and Coaching plan which would help any mentor in his or her endeavor

Establish a Job Normative Pattern specific for each person involved in the workshop. This Normative Pattern will be compared to the participants’ actual results and a list of recommendations will be generated through various coaching and leadership expression reports.

Highlight qualities and specific tendencies that would best benefit from coaching and focused training in the future

Create a Training and Coaching plan which would help any mentor in his or her endeavor

Workshop structure

The workshop is 6 full training hours.

Participants will be actively encouraged to participate in discussions and group work. The trainer will draw on both theoretical and practical knowledge in order to make the experience and learning applicable to the realities of life.

Workshop Material

1 Kit per Participant containing:

  1. Profile Evaluation System® Leadership Expression report
  2. Hiring Report, used for internal mobility and job fitness
  3. Coaching Report, used by the employee direct manager and HR for Training Analysis
  4. Personal Report, addressed and used by the participants for their own development and self-awareness.
